Yep, I was sore yesterday.  Crazy sore, and still pretty achey today.  My butt and legs especially.

But, after my motivation kick on Wednesday, I didn’t want to have more than one day off -  I want to get back into the swing of things, sooner rather than later  -
So today, Ripped in 30 again 

I have to say, I find Jillian Michaels’ lack of activity in the video pretty de-motivating.  Plus, the girl who is doing the hardest moves – isn’t actually working that hard(!)  I much prefer the ladies in 30 Day Shred.

I cannot deny, (although I dearly loved the 30 Day Shred!), I was clearly ready for something more.  Routine is not good for fitness.

I am feeling excited, and impatient, to get stuck in for the 30 days, and see some results.  Although I am not sure what I will want to do when my thesis is finished -  As I will have more time on my hands for exercise, and will hopefully be able to get to the gym.  Plus I missed this months measurements   and I would love to do a before/after review.

Anyway, it is pretty clear that I am procrastinating(!)
