Eco Emi April Box!

Posted on the 24 April 2012 by Courtyb34 @CourtyB34
Yay! Eco Emi is here! I have never gotten it on a school day! I have always gotten it during the weekend or a brake. It was fun to open it today though, after a great day at school, and coming home to my Eco Emi! Sadly, this will be the last to second to last Eco Emi box for now. I will start it up again soon. I am getting the iPhone 4S for my birthday, and it's kind of a spendy phone. I really want to 4S, and not just the regular 4. I really like the Siri part. I will start it up again soon. I really enjoy the Eco Emi boxes and sharing them on my blog.
Anyway, Here it is! The April 2012 Eco Emi box!I opened my box, which was no easy job. I'm glad they package it so tight, but once you receive it, you can't get into it! It's better to be safe and tightly packed than sorry and lose all the goodies you could have received in your eco emi box. Glad they package it tight! I opened it to so many colors!I love when I get little satchels in my box! I pulled out the hot pink satchel first.Inside this pretty satchel, I first pulled out Natural Toothpaste by Dr Collins. I will use it tonight, I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet, since I got it today, after school. I will brush with it tonight and try it out. I love natural products! They are the best and they don't feel... "producty".Here is what the card says, : "Natural Toothpaste by Dr Collins. Dr. Collins Natural Vegan & Gluten Free Toothpaste features the finest ingredients found in nature with a delicious Vanilla Mint & Gogi Berry flavor. Superfruits, Antioxidants, and Vitamins support optimal oral health while Tea Tree oil and Magnolia Bark work as natural antiseptics that fight bacteria and freshen breath. No preservatives, artificial ingredients, fluoride or sodium lauryl sulfate." Can't wait to try this toothpaste!! ***The next item I pulled out of the satchel was Tropical Lime Tea by Mate Factor Tea. I am so excited to try this! It looks refreshing and wonderful! And lime is very refreshing. I was a little confused on the "80% organic" deco in the lower left hand corner. But the card says "100% organic"... hmm. Well, its' in the Eco Emi, so it must be organic! After all, 80% organic is organic value. Here is what the card says: "Tropical Lime Tea by Mate Factor Tea. Tropical Lime Yerba Mate Tea Bags contains 100% Organic Ingredients including sun dried lime, hibiscus flowers and green yerba mate. Each bag is DOUBLE the size of most tea-bags and is naturally high in Vitamin C resulting in a fruity Tropical blend that is not only refreshing hot or cold, but is an amazing booster to your body's defense system."Kind of like a natural Airborn! Tee hee.***Again, out of the satchel, I pulled out Baby Me Ultra-Moisturizing Goat Milk Soap by Alabu Skin Care.I just might try this in the shower tonight! Or this weekend. I will probably try it this weekend. I will most likely have a four week weekend if the Gresham-Barlow teacher strike goes on for that long. I hope not! As much as school stresses me out, I don't want it to last that long... anyway, I'm not speaking of that anymore. This is a post about Eco Emi! And I'm very excited to try this soap this weekend! I need a good moisture carrying soap! Here is what the card says, : "Baby Me Ultra-Moisturizing Goat Milk Soap by Alabu Skin Care. This is a fabulous vegetarian soap. Unlike most soap which strip your skin of it's natural oils, this actually moisturizes your skin as you use it and contains NO artificial colors, preservatives, or fillers--EVER! Great for all skin types, especially for anyone with extra dry or sensitive skin."This should be so great for my shoulders! They get dry for some reason and it feels uncomfortable.***The next product I pulled out of the satchel was Seaweed Body Wash in Eucalyptus and Peppermint by The Seaweed Bath Company. One time I ate seaweed... I didn't like it very much. It tasted bitter sweet, more on the bitter side. But I know that seaweed carries with it a lot of minerals and such. Can't wait to use this body wash! I will probably use this this weekend as well. Here is what the card says,: "Seaweed Body Wash in Eucalyptus and Peppermint by The Seaweed Bath Company. Natural Seaweed Body Wash with Eucalyptus and Peppermint combines the naturally nourishing properties of seaweed along with all-natural ingredients, including Kukui which is a potent natural moisturizer and Neem oil which is known in India to be rich in emollients that help to protect and moisturize your skin. Great for anyone, especially sufferers of dry, red, scaling , flaking or rough skin."Looks and sounds to be a very interesting experience! Can't wait to try it!***The next product that was from the satchel was Whipped Shea Butter with Kalahari Melon Seed Oil by Shea Radiance.I LOVE BODY BUTTERS! They are very nice for people with extra dry skin. I happen to have skin more on the oily side, but I like that because that means my skin isn't always dry! I just dabbed a little bit of this on my hands and it felt so good! A little goes a long way! No kidding! Smelled pretty good too. Here is what the card has to say,: "Whipped Shea Butter with Kalahari Melon Seed Oil by Shea Radiance. I am addicted to body butters and I especially love whipped body butters! The whipped butters have a very light and fluffy consistency and Shea Radiance has created a magical recipe containing melon seed oils which quickly absorb into the skin. Rich and easily spreadable, but not at all greasy or heavy. The scent is an amazing blend of essential oils and cozy Indian spices like anise, clove, cardamom, vanilla and black pepper. Meant to give a warm and sweet comforting smell."This body butter is so nice! I love the feel of it on my skin! Very lovely feel.***All done with the satchel, so moving onto the other things...Enchanting Chai Line Gourmet Enhancers, Finishing Sugars & Spiced Chocolates by Catalyst Gourmet...When I opened this, it smelled so divine! I love the smell of strong chai. It's such a pretty smell and it's so warming! I love Chai smells. I need to figure out how to use these. They say to put them in your coffee, or something. I just need to read more about them. Here is what the card has to say,: "Enchanting Chai Line Gourmet Enhancers, Finishing Sugars and Spiced Chocolates by Catalyst Gourmet. Catalyst Gourmet specializes in vegan, artisan, antioxidant-rich products that lend a delicious, healing and transformative experience to your favorite foods and beverages. This month's box features a selection of their Enchanting Chai line. The Gourmet Enhancer will bring a captivating flavor and aroma to your drinks and meals without the need of sugar. For a sweet treat, the Finishing Sugar is a divine combination of the Gourmet Enhancer and all natural, raw sugar. Finally, satisfy your chocolate craving with their antioxidant rich Gourmet Spiced Chocolate. Catalyst Gourmet makes healthy living fabulous!"MMMMM... Girl's best friend! Chocolate! So excited to try this stuff out!***The next item I unraveled was Organic Raw Fair Trade Honey by Wholesome Sweeteners. All I can say is "YUM"! So yummy. I opened it, and licked the little tabby thing separating the lid and the product. MMMMMM. I want to try it on a bagel tomorrow or something for breakfast. I'm so excited. It tastes so fresh and crisp and pure! I don't think I have ever tried REAL PURE honey before, or at least nothing like this. It was so heavenly. So yummy! Here is what the card has to say: "Organic Raw Fair Trade Honey by Wholesome Sweeteners. A thick, creamy honey with a warm butterscotch essence. Blended from multifloral nectar collected on Fair Trade Certified cooperatives. This yummy honey is never heated and pairs perfectly on warm biscuits, in salad dressings, with yogurt or hard cheeses."This honey is so perfect! ***The next product that was unraveled was Bronzer in Golden by Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques.Bronzers... I'm not a real huge fan of MAKEUP. Like hardcore tints and bronzers. But I will try this one out. In fact, just today I was complaining of being too white. I mean, wearing shorts for track practice FOR the FIRST time EVER takes on some personal consequences. I need to safely tan.But for this bronzer, I will experiment with it during the weekend. It will be something new for me to try! Here is what the card has to say,: "Bronzer in Golden by Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques. This is the time of year I search for a bronzer to help me achieve a beautiful sun kissed glow and Lauren's golden bronzer is a must in my makeup bag. I love that it is light and airy and does not turn orange or feel too heavy. This color works great for creating sun kissed looks on pale skin, a warm glow for natural skin tones and a beautiful highlight for dark skin."I'm a little nervous about trying this, but I'm kind of excited as well! ***The last product that I unwrapped was Lip Shimmer in Plum by Burt's Bees.I love Burt's Bees products. I have a few Burt's Bees lip products and I actually have an old lip tint in Champagne color. It's a very light pink shimmery color that only looks good on me during the winter. I tried this on, and dark colors do look good on me. But I would feel uncomfortable wearing that dark of color to school, so if I want to wear it to school, I would just put a dab on my lips and rub it together so it's a little hint of color. I do love the feel of Burt's Bees lip care. Here is what the card has to say,: "Lip Shimmer in Plum by Burt's Bees. Burt's Bees Plum Lip Shimmer is the perfect choice when trying to create a simple laid back or sophisticated look without too much effort. Shea Butter and antioxidant-rich fruit oils moisturize, nourish and soften lips naturally and lovingly. Burt's Bees lip shimmers are available in 12 shades including three fresh new colors: Cherry, Plum and Strawberry!"I love this lip tint! Looks very elegant on me. ***This was a really cool Eco Emi box. Although, all of them are! I'll get more boxes later :)But for now, I'm getting the iPhone 4S :)Keep being green everyone! Thanks for reading!!(Sorry for not posting the websites... This is kind of a late post. Not late as in postponed. But late as in it's 10:19 PM, and I really should be getting ready for bed. I don't like going to bed late on school nights. Makes me cranky.)Have A Great Night Everybody!!!
