Today I am bringing you eight of my favorite Fall recipes. I always go into a pumpkin kick this time of year. I love finding new and delicious ways to use this ingredient, so I thought I would share some of my past successes.
All of these recipes are fairly easy and they always turn out wonderfully! Have fun and enjoy (:
1. Cheesy Pumpkin Sausage Pasta - This recipe is easy. It uses a crockpot. Our family loves this dish and we even had it at Thanksgiving last year!
2. Oreo Pumpkin Cheesecakes - Kids and adults love these! They look a lot more intricate and time consuming than they actually are. These are really fun to make and bring to a Fall party.
3. Baked Pumpkin French Toast - This is such an easy breakfast recipe. It uses refrigerated biscuits and takes very little prep.
4. Peanut Butter Brownie Pumpkins - Ok so this recipe doesn't actually have pumpkin in it, but how cute are these pumpkins? They are filled with a peanut butter brownie truffle!
5. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies - These are awesome because they are moist and chewy. Most pumpkin chocolate chip cookie recipes yield very "cake like" cookies. This is the best recipe I have ever found for this dessert.
6. Pumpkin Alfredo Tortellini - This recipe teaches you how to make a rich and easy sauce from scratch. I also use a jar of aflredo sauce with spices and pumpkin when I am short on time or am missing some of the ingredients.
7. Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownie Bites - Cheesecake + Brownie is always a win win. Throw in a little pumpkin and you won't be able to stop eating these little bites of heaven.
8. Cinnamon Roll Pumpkin Pancakes - These are to die for. I used to make these all last year for brunch when we would host Giants' gamedays at our house. Everyone loves this. There are a couple different steps, but it is well worth it. You have to try this recipe!!!
