Its not a great day for going far so we decided to make some simple fairy cakes, but as we all know things never go to plan, especially in this mad house.
In the end we came up with a new creation – fairy cake cupcakes.
Fairy cake cupcakes are rather unique you know.
You simply bake some fairy cakes and then place butter icing in between two to make a sandwich.
Then all you need to do is add butter icing to the top and decorate.
