my polyvore set I think this film is either going to be absolutely amazing, or really really crap. It's been out a while apparently, (maybe I've been living under a rock?!) and I still haven't seen it.
Whatever the trailer might imply, according to some of the reviews I've read, this isn't loosely disguised lesbian porn. It's more of an intimate tale, and I'm hoping it's going to be a more grown up version of Sofia Coppola's 'Marie Antoinette'.
Either way, it's beautiful, the acting looks like it's going to be superb, and it's filmed in Versailles. You simply can't go wrong, right?
Have you seen this film? I'm dying to know if it's as good as it looks. I love historical dramas and I'm having trouble tracking this down. Sad times.
