Fashionably Pink'd

As promised to you yesterday, I am back today with yet another, all Indian glammed up look. I wore this to the Tilak/Roka ceremony of my niece.While brainstorming over the title for today, I got hooked on the word pink'd, which seemed to me the ideal choice. Pink'd is the Term used to describe what happens to a person when a group of people (Usually Friends) Team Up and all vote one player out. This fits in literally, because the color code for the evening was red and or pink and we all teamed up and wore pink and left the bride-to-be alone, wearing Blue... So the bride (my niece) got pink'd- fashionably pink'd..!!!!!!      LOL....Talking about the designer behind this lovely creation, is my talented high school friend ANIL MINOCHA. He is based out of Kolkata, and runs his business through retail customer orders. He doesn't have a physical store but he supplies made to order pieces to individual retailers. He has an expansive clientele spread to Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, to name some. The latest addition to his ever growing clientele is ME. As I was crunch on time, he agreed to take the order on phone. He was thoroughly patient with me and catered to all my vague, over-imaginative wishlist. I am glad I chose to wear his design, which by the way is very pocket-friendly. What I am wearing here is a floor length pink to red hued tunic with a pair of red leggings  (not visible) and a matching dupatta ( stole)  to put the final pizzazz.. It is all hand embroidered Georgette.  I couldn't have asked for more from someone, at such short notice.
