Friday is through…blessed to have made it through..fibro flare came, but I didn’t care…rested until the fatigue and pain subsided…pacing is key but so hard to maintain and keep aware….weekend things are many, slow and steady paces to make it through the races..keep your head high…#stay triumphant and have faith that HE will be there to give you strength peace and might so you can make it through this night
