#fibro Flare Don’t Care

That’ right. I had an awesome day and refused to let fibro get in my way. I was very productive and went extra hard in my water running glass. Running on a treadmill submersed under water is no joke. I am as weary as ever tonight but mentally I feel A+mazing. Remember when you can do, Do and when you can’t Don’t. Looking forward to Thursday. Hoping you had as good of a day as I had.
