During the recent funshoot I had with friends, I tried going for the Kpop look. It was easy doing the make-up for the female model. Most of the work had to be done on the eyes as that's the whole idea of the ulzzang look. The eyeliner and mascara was able to do the trick.
But when I had to work on the model that I'm trying to pass off as a male ulzzang, I had a bit of trouble. I realized eye-make up wouldn't work as it'll only make my model look like a girl.While ulzzang males should be slightly softer and a bit pretty(if you get what I mean), the overall look should still be more masculine than feminine. No. Eye make-up wouldn't do.
