I have decided to challenge myself to something I am calling Fit Feb!
For the whole month of February, I am BANNING myself from having any kind of takeaway food.
We tend to fall back on takeaway meals quite often as Jon doesn't finish work until 9pm and by that time neither of us can be bothered cooking....
I am also guilty of always skipping breakfast and lunch, and stopping for a quick McDonalds or KFC mid afternoon while out running errands.
Well no more!
For the whole of February there will be NO takeaways of any description.
Instead we will make use of the slow cooker on nights when Jon is working late so that a nice healthy meal is ready for when he gets home.
I will also be making an effort to eat more healthily, cut out sugar and reduce chocolate dramatically (Difficult as we still have tons of boxes of chocolate and biscuits left over from Christmas, but needs must!)
I have promised myself that I will stick with this throughout February - at the end of the month I want to assess if I feel any better, if my skin is any clearer, and if I have lost any weight.
Starting on Monday I am going to be trialling Superdrug's Meal Replacement Powder for one week which will hopefully be a decent kick start for me...I'll let you know how I get on!
