Fitness Friday #1

I'm so excited to introduce to you the Fitness Friday link up! I'm teaming up with Alex at High Heels and Treadmills and Lauren at Delightful Dream to make sure that you get to read and write about fitness every Friday.
There are only three rules:
  1. Follow all of your hosts.
  2. Write anything about fitness.
  3. Visit other posts and leave comments to make new fitness buddies!

Since today is the first post, I want to make sure everyone knows about Blogilates. I've written about it before, but I just love it that much.
Cassey Ho, owner of Blogilates, is probably the most motivational YouTube fitness instructor out there. She develops month-long workout plans FOR FREE and corresponding videos and printables for each work out. You really can't get bored working out with her because she does so many different types of fitness. So far I've seen yoga, pilates, high intensity interval training (which is the same thing as the Insanity workout you see commercials for!!), and kickboxing. She has guests on her videos all the time to bring new types of fitness to the table. Since we all know that working out doesn't accomplish much without eating healthy, she has healthy recipes with videos about how to cook it! There is really no excuse to not live a healthy life with Cassey around.
