Fitness Friday Yoga Challenge Week 3

The yoga challenge continues with a goal of 15 classes in the month of June. How is it going? Really well. I am at 12 classes, a little over a week to get 3 more in. I can do it! This challenge has made me realize just how much I love yoga.

A few changes I’ve noticed:

  • It is getting easier to shut off my mind during class, I can appreciate the full 60 minutes and really focus on that class
  • My legs and helps feel much stronger
  • I have noticed more flexibility, especially in my hips
  • I am falling asleep faster. What would take me an hour is now about 20 minutes

Just like any challenges, there have been days when I haven’t wanted to go to yoga and just curl up on the couch instead but I am determined to get all the classes in!
