Beorn is one of the most mysterious characters in J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth.
He’s a skin-changer: a huge man who can skin-change into a hulking fearsome bear. He lives alone in the forest, with animals as companions, whom he’s trained to help with chores.
Sir Peter Jackson has kept the appearance of Beorn a tightly-guarded secret, except for this rumored pic of actor Mikael Persbrandt as Beorn (below), and a split-second glimpse of Beorn the Bear leaping out in the trailer of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (0:25 mark in the video below).
But we finally get to see the amazing house of Beorn in this Warner Brothers exclusive!
