Frida Kahlo at the AGO (Part 2)

Photography was not permitted inside the exhibit but, just outside the gift shop exit, there was an installation of Mexican-style Judas figures (papier-mâché skeletons that are exploded with fireworks as part of Mexican Easter celebrations) and a Dia de los Muertos shrine honoring Frida and Diego:

The tissue paper flowers and scraps of paper are offerings, prayers and notes left in honor of Frida and Diego.
