Gaming Like Crazy at 34

When life seems too unbearable to deserve a serious approach, one must find a way to unwind. Some people are still looking for various ways to rediscover their lost innocence, I am fortunate enough to fully enjoy a significant level of naivete (which some might consider an inexcusable flaw when you're a certain age). But I've been grabbing hold of that frail grain of innocence and have been cherishing it like my most valuable asset.
To that last grain I owe my irresistible desire to write about unicorns and two headed monsters that can be easily defeated with the right magic spell. But, in order to survive, this enchanted grain needs to be constantly fueled with games and stories and fairy tales. So you must understand why I am so addicted to video games. But not just any video games...I am talking about World of Warcraft, Aion and Lineage. These online, role-playing games have millions of players all over the world and most of the players have ages between 25 and 50 years old.
They organize international championships and contests about who's the best sorcerer or the most accomplished elf priest. I am not that fervent a player, but I can't resist to take my one hour dose of gaming every day. And since my boyfriend entirely shares my addiction, we are one happy couple of wizards, he is an Orc and I am a sorceress Elf :).
