Okay, if we’re all being honest ice cream is just as good when it’s -20 as it is when it feels like 120 degrees in the shade. But summer offers the warm weather excuse, and today all but demands that you partake in this frozen delicacy.
So, suck it up. It is a holiday after all, and nobody wants to be a Scrooge (or whatever the ice cream equivalent is…). You deserve this, and your diet will always be there waiting for you tomorrow (which is also National Caviar Day).
