Going Gourmet at 65

For our 65th staff anniversary party, the organizers opted to go gourmet. This is the first time I've attended a sit-down staff anniversary dinner in my 4-year stay with the firm. Check out the fancy menu card!

And because I knew how gourmet food looks good in pictures, I took the chance to practice on my food photography techniques. 

bread and butter

baked goat's cheese with garden lettuces,
roasted figs, pears and toasted almonds

wild mushroom soup

grilled pink salmon with mango butter sauce,
served with spiced rice pilaf with roasted vegetables
