As a reminder or important information for new readers, I initiated this blog after taking several pictures in various Cigar Lounges I had been visiting with regularity. While shooting at any interesting hand position, at the various smoke formations and some individual faces, the conversations that were taking place time after time, became a synonym for fine-smoking. It had become impossible to ignore the fact that

It happens many times that a stranger to me sits in my vicinity to enjoy a cigar. An immediate eye contact accompanied by a greeting might follow, or the two individuals might give no sign of mutual perception until minutes later. What is always hidden in a stranger, either behind the prompt salutation or a delayed willingness to communicate, is individual complexity and unique liveliness of a given fellow fine-smoker.
