yes, this is a real thing at my son's college and yes, he is a member. apparently the founders of the pigeon club are on a quest to end pigeon discrimination through educating the public about the pigeon's contributions to humankind over the years. here they are posing for the camera. I believe they were especially cooperative because I was with one of the club's members.
