The books are a collage:
and even if they say nothing at all we have no trouble believing
that everything they say is deep and profound
and embedded within them is a weight-
in their confusing paradigms they go to and fro
from something relevant to something not
that makes us teary in the eyes and stretched in the stomach
and we forget exactly what was on our minds before
and when it's over we have to readjust to this confusing
paradigm that go to and fro from something relevant
to something not at all what we had planned
and we have no trouble believing that everything
is deeply profound. even if they are, in actuality
nothing at all
