The London EyeWhat better way to enjoy London than by climbing into the sky and watching the sunset with your loved one? Selfridges will be hosting a fun and enlightening workshop with relationship expert, Susan Quilliam, discussing everything about love via 100 love-related subject questions.Susan is a highly experienced relationship psychologist, broadcaster and writer who specialises in intimate relationships, love and sexuality, with her most recent book reinventing the classic erotic manual ‘The Joy of Sex’, so she certainly knows her stuff! Tickets £25, The Imaginarium, Selfridges, 400 Oxford Street, London, W1A 1AB
Lover’s leap
Valentines doesn’t get any more alternative than a near death experience, clinging onto each other for dear life as you descend Tower Bridge from a rope. That’s what’s on offer from the Lover’sLeap Bungee Jump, where you’ll be harnessed to your loved one, gazing frightfully into each other’s eyes, before experiencing the ultimate adrenaline rush. For classical music fans, Royal Festival Hall will be hosting the London Philharmonic Orchestra: Valentine's Day Concert, giving lovers the ideal opportunity to sample some of the most beautiful music ever written.The highlight will be Rachmaninoff's romantic yet melancholic Second Piano Concerto, in addition to Dvořák's Carnival Overture, excerpts from Wagner's Tristan und Isolde, and Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet Overture.
