Here is Melanie's review!
Recently I had the pleasure to meet a lovely lady called Hayley McLean online who is the author of a fantastic blog called Sparkles and Stretchmarks. Hayley had been asked by Seatwave the ticket buying and selling site to review their service. Unfortunately, on the day Hayley was due to go and collect her tickets and view the show her little one became ill. I stepped in to help out and review the ticket service and of course watch 'Wicked' which I had heard so much about but had not had the pleasure of watching.
Seatwave gets ticket sellers and buyers together in an easy, safe and mutually beneficial way. Tickets can be purchased online from Seatwave and are sent out in good time so that you don't have to worry last minute whether they will arrive. Better still they keep you informed of when tickets are posted and when they will arrive. If a seller does not deliver tickets as promised then seatwave will charge them for replacements so the buyer is never left out of pocket. Tickets are all covered by ticketcover so in the event of a show / concert etc being cancelled you will receive a refund of the full purchase price.
The company had arranged for the tickets to be collected at the ticket office of the Apollo Victoria Theatre. Not having used a ticket service before I was impressed by how easy and fast ticket collection turned out to be. The show was fantastic and I wasn't sure why I hadn't been to see it sooner.
Seatwave offer a range of tickets so whether you are looking to go to a concert, festival, theater show or even a sports event they have everything covered and with their fast and efficient service you are bound to have a problem free purchase although they can't guarantee that your football team will win.
I am glad to hear that Hayley has been sent some Billy Elliot Tickets thanks to Seatwave so will be off to see that very soon. Have a lovely time Hayley :)
