Me as a Killer Bee in 2008!
And a Fallen Angel in 2009! Of course this year, Hallowe'en is going to be less about going to a big adult party and more about it being Tyne's first Hallowe'en - so rather than my own costume, my thoughts are very much going to be on what he's going to wear!My Mum throws a kiddies Hallowe'en party every year and has done since I was a child, its a brilliant night with bobbing for apples, trick or treating, spooky decorations, themed music and dancing and loads more!I'm so excited for Tyne's to be going along for the first time!! But, just for fun, I've been thinking about what I WOULD wear if I was going to a big Hallowe'en party myself this year. I always think its nice to stand out from the crowd at these things - who wants to be just one of a dozen witches or cats?!!! And so I thought I'd look to this years hit movies for costume inspiration! Women's hallowe'en costumes are SO much fun as there are endless options, here are a few of my favorite idea's! Zombie Girl With World War Z so high on the list of hit movies this year and Zombie's being the perfect Hallowe'en choice - this is bound to be a big hit! Pirate Girl Pirates have been popular for a while now, but I love the idea of making a pirate outfit more scary by tearing it up, adding some blood and throwing in some scary make up! Vampire Vixen The Twilight trend seems to be here to stay, and so a sexy vampire outfit seems very appropriate! Dead Flapper Girl! The Great Gatsby has been one of the biggest movies of the year so far, and it's really brought back the trend of the flapper style - but how do you apply that to Hallowe'en?! Simple! Make it a dead flapper girl!!! ANY costume can become a Hallowe'en one simply by inserting the word "dead" and adding in a little blood! What's been your favorite Hallowe'en costume to date?! As always, I'd love to hear from you!
