I am linking up with the lovely Lisa Leonard this morning. You should come and join in the fun!Hello Monday! Do you know how surprised I was to find out my dad was a child model for 5 minutes of his life? Apparently he came in for his yearly pictures and the studio fell in love with him. They proceeded to make him dress up in ridiculous outfits (ie, this little gem looks like Scruff McGruff aka the "take a bite out of crime" dog). Then they used it to advertise. He was such a cutie.Hello Fondue! I do not like spending $75 eating you at a restaurant, plus it's always so greasy and I feel nauseous. So we found this little crockpot at Target for $12 and now create delicious fondue for $10 or less whenever we want! Friday was a delicious pesto mozzarella cheese fondue and dark chocolate fondue for dessert.Hello Cloth Diaper Stash! I finally prepped you and have you waiting for our little girl's bum. Almost 40 diapers and we only had to pay $125 or less! You make me nervous and freaked out, but I can't stay away from your cute prints and the "fluffy butt" you will give my daughter....or the thousands of dollars we will save...Hello sick little Marcy! You came home from the dog ranch and have bumps and lumps on your skin. Your ear is red and bleeding. We can't figure out what is wrong with you! We tried Benadryl, but then you fell asleep sitting up. There is a vet visit in your future...Hello Best Date Idea Ever! Ryan gave us both $10 and we had 15 minutes to run through Walmart. We each bought as many childhood treats as we could find and met at the car. Once we came home we took turns blindfolding each other and guessing the childhood things that the other person picked out. Do you remember Squeez-Its, Airheads, Rainbow Chip Cookies or Creamsicles?!? Mad props Ryan - this was a good one! What are you saying hello to?
Check out one of the sweetest ladies I know:
