Hide That, Girl!

I thoroughly enjoyed the little bit of spring that I saw this weekend. I went to lunch on Friday with some coworkers, I was probably outside for like an hour. Look at this arm! Silly farmers tan is coming is great. Check that off of my summer to-do list :)
Shia also is working on her tan. Funny side  note: in the summer Shia has to wear puppy sunscreen (which is the same as baby sunscreen), because she gets sunburns under her white fur. She is as much work as a child!
Lastly. Remember this predicament? Look what I did! Jared went golfing all day on Saturday and instead of lay in bed and enjoy the day as per usual. I decided to make a gallery wall. I love the empty frames idea. I have seen it floating around pinterest. I dug through my garage and found all our frames. I love frames, so I am always collecting them. I had brown and gray spray paint on hand, so I was able to paint them on saturday too. In a few frames, I put scrap book paper in them, just to add some depth. I used a few D's to decorate, standing for DeMann. Also on the right side you can see some white boards with black middles. That is chalkboard paint. I thought it would be fun to add a vintage touch. This whole wall was inspired by this girl :), she was camouflaging her thermostat, and I was blending my breaker box. I know it's still there, but it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb anymore. Do you guys think I did good? I am insecure, I  need reassurance! I was also thinking about painting our breaker box's center with chalkboard paint, so you could keep foosball or pool score's on there. Is that lame?
