Well, it's Friday! I said that so happily, didn't I? IT'S FRIDAY! Is that better?
I hope this weekend lasts longer than the .04385948395 nano seconds last weekend was. Man, it was just cruel. Before I get to my weekend, let's talk about the week, shall we?
Oh, and at the bottom of this post when I ask you how your week was, I really mean it. So, tell me, mmk?
1. First and foremost, my sister has a BLOG! I was so excited about it I immediately offered to do her {amateur} blog design. She said she liked it, so I am good with that. If you want to check out her blog posts, click the button below.
2. I had the best stir fry this week! I know this is not really a big deal, but we are trying to eat healthier and this was so easy! Basically, I took 1 lb. package of chicken tenderloins and chopped them into 1 inch cubes. Browned the chicken and added salt & pepper for seasoning. Added 1 family size package of Pictsweet Chinese Vegetables (with Oriental Seasoning). Simmer the mixture until cooked through and hot. I added a dash of soy sauce. It was delicious and there was enough the next day!
