We all love a little bit of bubbly wine every now and then to celebrate a milestone, to bring life to a party, to share it around with friends, having a bad day or because it's friday. I know I enjoy a little bit of bubbly or sparkling wine just because. Usually on a Friday when I drink my weekday away and to celebrate the weekend. I am very responsible with my drinking, so I do not drink to get drunk. I drink because I enjoy a good beverage, like how you enjoy drinking a good soft drink or your favorite tea. I usually have up to 2 glasses and I am set.

I remember the first time I drank it was on a farm down in Albany with good friends and enjoying a stinking hot Christmas day.
