Lately, I’ve been feeling really bad when I don’t use my reusable water bottle, or commuter cup.
………….Like people are judging me. I need to make more of an effort to use my reusable containers and reduce on some waste, because I LOVE Earth. It’s the little things that count.
This morning’s breakfast started off with some caffeine.
Awake tea with soymilk and stevia.
Guess what’s back on the breakfast menu???????!
WAFFLES! I only wish I had some turkey bacon so I could be like IttyBitsofBalance.
I never remember when at the grocery store to buy some… I majorly fail.
Lately, I’ve really been letting some of my healthy habits fall by the way side. Normally I post all my eats on my Didn’t Make It Page. This way you don’t have to read about all of them but I get to post them all because it helps me eat healthier. I also haven’t been eating as many veggies and fruits as I’d like.
It’s always much more of a priority for me to be happy so I’d rather eat a brownie when I want a dang brownie but I can make much better choices all the other times throughout the day. I also need to get on a fitness routine. For a while I had a running buddy every afternoon which really helped me stay accountable and get me out the door. Forcing myself to workout is NEVER a priority for me. But since starting a full time job and working other fun jobs I don’t have as much time as I’m used to. Fitness is the first thing to go after a long-tiring day of work.
