We all get down sometimes or find we just don't feel like ourselves.  We need to get back on track.  Today Chasing Joy Ambassador Samantha is writing about how to get back on the track of Chasing Joy.  
Sometimes you lose your way lose track of what's important get overwhelmed by the things happening to you and around you.
You need to stop and relax. Remind yourself of what's important.  Acknowledge that tough times will come.  Realize it’s all part of life.
Take a fresh look at your dreams, vision board, goals. Rewrite your plan; the old one no longer works.  See if you still want to chase those dreams and realize that dreams do change as you grow and experience life changes.   Get rid of what you no longer need or whatever it is that is hindering you. Find people you can trust to help you and keep you motivated. It doesn't have to be someone you see every day but just someone who pushes you towards your dreams, someone who challenges.    Forgive those who let you down and forgive yourself too.
Don't beat yourself up for having failed or gone off track.  Just dust yourself off and try again.
