Recipe of Pistachio milk Cream(malai) Candy

Cooking Time: 55 Mins (excluding chilling timings)
Ingredients:
- 1 liter Milk (full cream)
- 200 gm Milk Powder
- 200 gm Pistachio - Roughly Chopped
- 2 tbsp Pistachio Concentrate (usually added for making milkshake)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Step 1: Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan on low flame; simmer till it becomes 1/2 a liter
Step 2: Add sugar and continuously stir it for 10 more min
Step 3: Add milk powder and stir it well so that no lumps are formed and it mixes well
