COPPETTE DI ANGURIA
This traditional Sicilian dessert is usually eaten during the three day feast of Santa Rosalia, a celebration of a woman who was dear to the people of Palermo, Siciliy's capital, for her role in fighting the plague of 1624.
The dish usually contains only 3 ingredients, although the garnishes can vary from town to town.
