First, it is the HTC Butterfly S. It is a slight update over the current butterfly. The device will have the same 5" 1080p display but will feature a bigger battery and an ultra pixel camera. Interestingly, the device is said to have an SD card slot and is expected to be announced in late June. What processor will be used is still a mystery but we can same assume it will Snapdragon 800. We'll have to wait and see.
Second, is a cut-down version of HTC One. The mini version is said to have a 4.3" 720p display, dual core processor, 2GB RAM and an ultra pixel camera. The device will have front facing speakers and will run Android 4.2 with Sense 5 out of the box. Other specs include a 1700 mAh battery, Beats Audio and LTE connectivity. The device is expected in mid-July.
