HTC One launched on three U.S. carriers this year leaving behind Verizon which, we thought, won't have One and would provide DROID DNA 2 or something. But Verizon tweeted earlier that they will indeed bring HTC One later this summer. If Verizon was to have HTC One eventually, why weren't they able to launch earlier when all U.S. carriers did? Is there something we are missing here? Well, there is a chance HTC was looking for DROID DNA 2 launch on Verizon and something went wrong. Because this late arrival makes no sense. This announcement might means there'll be no HTC DROID DNA 2 now. We will have to wait and see in this regard.
So... HTC One is finally landing on Verizon. 'Later this summer' means One will be launched around August this year. So, who's going to get one? Let us know in the comments below.
