So my blog has been a bit lonely lately and I wanted to just update you. If you haven't seen my video you should hop over to my YouTube channel and look at it!
This was my list a few weeks ago for my summer things:
- Get a job- this is vital to everything. (UPDATE: I've had two job interviews!)
- Go to at least one country abroad - I really want to go to Amsterdam.
- Finish my book- get this completed after nearly five years. It won't do anything just sitting there on my laptop and I really want to get it done.
- Get a least fifty subscribers. I really want to have the support base and welcome feedback. I also want to meet lots of new people at Summer in the City! (UPDATE: I've now got 55! WHAT?!) Aiming for 100!
- Get my drivers license and take at least five lessons before I go back to University. If I don't learn to drive sooner then I will never do it.
- Read at least twenty five books. If I don't reader sooner or later my books are going to become dusty. (UPDATE: I've read 2!)
- Go to the theater at least once. The theater is such a great place and I really do enjoy it. I really just want to go see something exciting.
- Learn to bake a cake. - I love cake and want to really show my flatmates next year that I can cook!
- Do something really interesting- I'm not quite sure what yet but I'll have to do this "something".
- Have a big shopping trip and pampering day with my best friend- I really love Hannah. She's the best friend ever and I really love spending time with her. I want this to be a really fun super girly day.
1.) I now have a splendid job! I love my job so much it's going so well and even though it's temporary I wouldn't ask for another job. 2.) I haven't yet got abroad but I'm saving up for a hopeful holiday 3.) I haven't had time to update my book but during days off I'll be working on it 4.) I now have 57 Subbies! Thank you guys! 5.) I'm also saving for this! 6.) I'm having to squeeze in writing and reading so trying to read more too! 7.) I'm hoping to go to the Theatre using birthday money :)! 8.) Doing this again when payday swings around! 9.) My something interesting is heading to London with a very old friend to see a movie on Monday! 10.) I'm planning to do this on a budget soon too!
