I Love Shabu Shabu ❤

Shabu shabu しゃぶしゃぶ is a Japanese dish also becoming more popular in Korea. It can mean the 'sound word' used to describe swishing in a pot... Like 'swish swish' or 'stir stir'... TRUE..!!!

The dish was originally made with thinly sliced beef. It is usually served with tofu and vegetables, including Chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum leaves, nori (edible seaweed), onions, carrots, shiitake mushrooms and enokitake mushrooms. In some places, udon, mochi or harusame noodles may also be served.

I like shabu shabu vegetables !Shabu-shabu is true for white gravy steering ~Craving for meat by adding one more blah blah ...Kind of a peculiar seating arrangement because each person gets his/her own pot to cook in so the seating is really spaced out. If you go with a larger party be prepared to sit about two yards away from the people you're facing and talk loudly!
We got the all you can eat/drink option and they were very generous with the food. They had great dipping sauces that they provide, which at other restaurants you have to order separately for an additional cost.
They never let our drinks run low and brought as many pitchers.

The environment is not conducive to getting to know more than one or two people at a time but for a date or small group it could be really fun and interactive.

I love the shabu shabu in Korea and have been looking for a place that has Korean style shabu shabu. Most places have been more Japanese style which is okay but just not as satisfying. This place has good meat but the soup and sauces were just okay.XOXO,Mikan~I Love Shabu Shabu ❤
