Every so often as a blogger, you receive an e-mail that makes you let out an excited little "whoop!" - and that's exactly what happened a few months back when I was emailed by the PR team representing Studio, inviting me to come on board as one of their new Brand Ambassadors for 2019.
This means that I'll be working closely with Studio for the next 8 months to showcase my favorite picks from their incredible range of products right here on my blog.
I'm so excited to be working with them, as I believe that they are the perfect fit for my blog.
Studio are a company that pride themselves on providing amazing quality, on trend products but with a purse-friendly price tag - which is right up my street! In fact I've been a loyal Studio customer for years - there's rarely been a Christmas gone by where I haven't purchased gifts from their catalog.
But although I was well aware of their incredible range of toys, gifts and personalised items - even I was shocked at how extensive the amazing range of homeware and womens fashion was when I visited their headquarters last week for a brand immersion day.
We were invited to the stunning Stanley House Hotel in Lancashire, where we spent the morning being wowed by the attention to detail and passion for their business demonstrated by the team.
We were greeted with personalised cupcakes featuring our blog logos and the prettiest personalised notebooks, and went on to spend the morning getting to know each other (I am one of 9 ambassadors for the year) and learning all about the inner workings of life at Studio from the fashion & interiors buying teams. I was fascinated to hear all about how much time and effort is spent ensuring that Studio are staying on top of the latest trends whilst still keeping true to their brand mission statement of "We Do Wow!" - Wow on quality, and Wow on prices.
After hearing from the teams, we were given the chance to peruse a selection of Studio's newest items - and challenged to guess the prices!
It's fair to say that we were all way off the mark with most of our guesses, as the value for money that Studio offer their customers really is incredibly impressive. It's easy to see why they amass an incredible 6 million orders per year!
I spotted quite a few items in the display that I have my eye on for future purchases, these beautiful glasses were definitely one of them!
After a delicious lunch, we popped over to the nearby Studio headquarters where - once again - we were treated like royalty! These guys really do know how to make a gal feel special!
There was a gorgeous selection of drinks and nibbles waiting for us, and the team had set up a show room displaying some of their products in a living room, kitchen and bedroom setting.
I was honestly blown away at the quality of the items - in fact I was so surprised by them that I decided to do a little test by posting photographs of my favorite pieces on my Instagram stories and asking people to guess who the brand was. Almost everybody guessed the most expensive, high end retailers...people were amazed when I told them who the brand actually was and the price points of the items.
Again, I spotted something that's made its way on to my "must buy" list - this beautiful coffee table which not only ticks my boxes of looking great but having no nasty corners for the little ones to knock into, but the lid also lifts off - giving lots of lovely hidden storage space too! Ideal, and a real bargain at just £169.99
After a lovely day, we were then treated to some beautiful gift bags to take home with us - featuring balloons of our initials which I thought was such a lovely touch!
My goody bag contained a fantastic selection of items, including the softest personalised robe I have ever had the pleasure of wearing (A bargain at just £9.99), some lovely pyjamas, personalised colouring pencils for the children (These would make a great gift at just £2.99), a re-usable rose-gold metal bottle and a gorgeous personalised cosmetic bag!
I was also given the chance to take some outfits and accessories home too, which I'll be showing off in a try-on on my Instagram stories later this week so keep an eye out for that!
I'm so excited to work with Studio over the next 8 months, and I can't wait to show you the products I've picked for next months post - I think you'll love them as much as I do!
