Durian Flavored Deliciosa Ice Cream
Have you experienced something new or different ice cream flavor?Well, for few this might not be new or different as some of the big ice cream manufacturer has started manufacturing ice cream of this flavor, but for me tasting Deliciosa Ice Cream was a new taste experienced. Mr. Richard Serrano Celeste a.k.a Wowiligan.blogspot.com has made us experienced their home made ice cream product.
I said different or new, because normally I have tasted this flavor thru candies at the malls and shakes at the local restaurant here in Iligan City. If Iliganon Resto Bar is the champion of making "durian shake," I would say Deliciosa is the champion of durian flavored Ice Cream...
During our meeting to conceptualize our plan for the just concluded Mindanao Bloggers Summit 2011, Richard brought us Deliciosa Ice Cream in our table for us to test and taste. Prior to that I have heard a lot of good feedback from their ice cream, but I told him "let me taste it first," gracious as he is he brought us one.
The first time I took a spoonful of it, the ice cream slowly melts in my taste buds. Then, for quite sometime it lingers on them then comes the durian taste. The presence of durian smoothly declare its presence while creating comfort in my tongue and in my nose. The durian taste creates a seemingly sinful feeling that will make you scream for more...
After dinner while gazing at my files of photos in my computer I found this file of photos, then I starts longing to have it...though last night I just had a bite with a durian fruit.
Besides vanilla and chocolate, I have now my new favored flavor ice cream and that is durian flavor made from Deliciosa.
I miss Delisyosa ice cream...I hope I can have some during our future meetings.
