I Went a Little Facebook Crazy

Posted on the 13 April 2012 by Mikidemann @mikidemann
This is the background of my story today..So I work in the marketing field. I work for a company that my dad started as freelance and then hired me when I started working on my degree in marketing. Over the past year or so we launched a product called Social Copilot. This product is for businesses who know how important Facebook is for their business, but don’t have the time to update it. We build an interface (well mostly my awesome brother did) and then we “CoPilot” your page. Now that you have that background info, you’ll understand a lot of my day is consumed with learning about Facebook. Learning how the apps work, how the new timeline works, how to read insights, and industry related content. Today I got a little sidetrack and was playing with my personal page and my blog’s page. I was having a blast, until I realized I actually made a milestone marked “hobby” for the day I started playing the Sims. Then I made some more… the day that I adopted my iPad and that one day (yesterday) that I overcame the common cold…ScreenShot2012-04-13at1.51.35PM-2012-04-13-13-44.pngScreenShot2012-04-13at1.51.59PM-2012-04-13-13-44.pngScreenShot2012-04-13at1.51.40PM-2012-04-13-13-44.pngSo yeah I went a little Facebook crazy. Then I thought it would be fun to see how many of my bloggin’ peeps made Facebook pages for their blogs? I have come across 2 or 3 and ,of course, liked them. I just want to know how you best use them? Or if some of you would rather like a fb page to see updates instead of blog lovin’ or GFC. I know that when the blogs that I have liked on Facebook put a link to their post I 90% of the time click on it, when I may miss it in my huge blog feed on google. I need some insight here.Any advice?
