Ok, so it was just £25... but I still won it. And whilst it might not be millions, £25 is £25 right?!..
It was kind of spooky actually because my little win came just as I had an email from the team over at lottoland.co.uk asking me if I'd like to write a post about just what I would spend my winnings on if I ever did win big.
Before now, I have actually never really sat and thought out what I might do if I ever did win a large amount of money, but I guess I'd quite like to set up a cat sanctuary, or do something to help homeless/mistreated animals, after, of course, being sensible in ensuring a financially comfortable life for my family.
I'd probably move and get a nice big ultra modern home which would basically be white, like the sort of houses I used to see on MTV Cribs as a teen. It wouldn't mix well with two little boys obviously, so I guess I'd need a cleaner. Though I'm quite fussy about cleaning and I don't quite know how I feel about the idea of someone washing my underwear if I'm honest.
I think I'd definitely go back to Disney World and immerse myself in the magic of all things Disney again for probably 10 days or so.
And I'd also probably pay to have a spray tan done every week or there about. I feel healthier-looking when I looked tanned, which actually is pretty much never. I could literally live somewhere boiling hot like the Caribbean and I still wouldn't tan. The closest I come to tanning is turning an unattractive shade of lobster. And there's no way I'd try my luck in a sun bed, I'd much rather skip that health risk. My two boys mean that I have my two hands full, so there's no room (or time) for a bottle of self-tan either. So a regular spray tan would may well be on the 'If I won (substantially more than £25) on the lotto list'.
I would LOVE to go and live in America for a little while. I love all things American, although not quite so much since we found out who the new President is going to be. I guess if I was going to live in America for a little while, I'd need somebody back home to take care of my cat-sanctuary too, though I reckon I'd probably end up missing my feline friends quite a bit.
We actually play the lottery every week, because, as they always say, "You have to be in it to win it".
Lottoland is an alternative to the traditional lottery but it is played very similarly - it's where you can play all the biggest Lotto games from across the globe like the EuroMillions which everyone knows, the Irish Lottery which is a good alternative to the UK Lotto and the Powerball which is the American lottery which had the £1 billion jackpot ealier this year. Plus you can still win just as much because Lottloland actually match the same prize sums. It's pretty cool because you can be in with the chance of winning huge amounts, without even having left your sofa.If you were to win big what would you spend your winnings on?
