According to author Robert T. Kiyosaki in his book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, two things primarily motivate people, for better or worse: fear and desire (or greed, if you prefer). So how do you answer questions such as these? Well, the honest answer really is money, but if you come out the gate and say that, your chances of getting that job went down to say the least (barring of course interviewing to be a stock trader or something where your business up and down is money).
