Win a family pass to the Mega Creatures Night Safari in the Hunter Valley

During the interview I asked Kim how long she has been with the Hunter Valley Gardens and she told me that she had started in February 2020. Now what a year to start a job that is geared towards events. The Hunter Valley Gardens have thought of ways to continue with their events when restrictions eased. One such measures has been the loss of the wristbands for rides due to the crowds for this item.

Having fun at the Mega Creatures event at the Hunter Valley Gardens

Not only have the staff been maintaining the grounds they have been organising all the events for the year. Currently we have the Mega Creatures and Mega Creatures Night Safari, then afterwards will be Snow Time in the Garden and then the Christmas Lights Specactuar.

You can also get married at the gardens and have a function there too so there is a lot on.

NOTE: If you are going to the Mega Creatures Night Safari please make sure to go to the Hunter Valley Gardens website and book the session you wish to go to. It could be day or night. This is even for people that have e-tickets, as the e-tickets need to be converted into real tickets and logged for that session.

For example we are going to the night session so we picked, the 6pm to 10.30pm session. Also if you need an extra ticket you will need to purchase it at this point. I have a family pass but had to get an extra ticket for 1 child due to the fact that the ticket only covers 2 kids, all good now and I just need to show the ticket to the people upon entry and we can experience the night time with dinosaurs.

If you need to change anything just visit the website and the staff at the Hunter Valley Gardens will be able to help you out.

Thanks for listening to my interview with Kim Jacobs from the Hunter Valley Gardens. A BIG thank you to Kim for her time with this interview.
