I am still unaware of any response from Blogger addressing the issue so I tried my own remedy out of dumb luck it appears to have worked.
If you are receiving an error message while posting from your iPad 1 or 2 don't feel alone, you can go to the "forum" to try and find an answer but you probably won't so if you stumbled upon this blog in search of an answer here is what I did to fix this.
At the top of the blogger page, you will see a link that says "switch back" this would take you to the old interface and ta da! You can post again.
Hopefully the updated interfaces bugs will be worked out soon because it has a cleaner look and easer usage, but till then it's old blogger for me!
