Most of the time, I am blissfully unaware of all that is going on in this world, inasmuch as I do not take in mainstream media news, and avoid recycled headlines on Facebook or other social media, as much as I am able. Occasionally, I hear things from well-meaning friends, who are alarmed by all that is happening "out there." However, I do not wish to be infected with the megadoses of fear, (which to my way of seeing), is promoted, perpetuated, and pushed through these streams (whether disguised as bad or good news), and which has the effect of de-stabilizing people and lowering their spiritual immune systems.
What I can't avoid entirely is the energy I feel - that which you cannot see with five-sense ways of perceiving - and that represents the fallout from the dissemination of all that bad news. I can feel it very well, so I needn't read it or listen to it. What I work to do is keep my own energetic vibration high above the details of 3-D so-called reality, so that I, too, may not be taken hostage by sources and forces that love to dine on the misery, hopelessness, anger, despair or depression, guilt, shame and fear I might emit if...I believed only what I could seetastetouchsmellorhear.

Because the overall atmosphere or energy seems so chaotic these days, (and that's a topic for another time), we are seeing more and more people who are unable to cope with the intensity. Witness the extra-helpings being served of erratic, strange behavior, the actions (or reactions) of people spinning out all about you. There are no shortage of people desperately sharing these stories on places like The Book of Faces, as their alarm and care about the world we inhabit is being tested and heightened by the impact of the extreme negative effects of the efforts to drive us all mad, and into a state of surrender to powers that should not be but that are all too real (but that, too, is a story for another time.)
So during these crazy times I've noticed there are a lot of people having breakdowns. People seem to have to be coming face-to-face with themselves, through the reflections of their words, actions, and deeds, and in tandem with the persistent prevailing negative energy that is beating down on the planet and infusing every single aspect of our lives. Admittedly, it is its own little kind of "Hunger Game".
I know that sounds dramatic. But that is how I interpret what I see and feel beyond ordinary reality. And if you read and delve deeper into an understanding about life beyond what has been dished out to humanity to accept as the truth about who we are, our story, through so-called history, and our limited 3-D understanding of it through science and philosophy, and start expanding your own perceptions, you might actually be surprised to see what is behind the curtain. It is amazing how big the panorama really is.
And while some are taking on the adventure of a lifetime (breaking through consensus reality and seeing an expanded view), many others are only able to respond to the status quo. And others, who can't find acceptable ways of handling the energies, are spinning out of control and all manner of unacceptable, unrestrained, seemingly illogical acts are being acted out.

My encouragement is always for people to pull back their attention (read, energy), and find ways to take more of the reins of their lives, through ceasing to surrender their personal power and authority to external forces (the status quo), and turning a little more of that attention onto and into themselves. Or, at least, begin to do something different. Cause the way things are headed, we are all meant to be swept up and lost in Oz somewhere. Or, Neverland.
So, my prayer is for more people to expand their own perceptions, align with their inner strength and personal power (no one "out there" is going to save you), and help write a new story ending.
May these breakdowns be precursors to an eventual breakthroughs. I pray so.
And so it is.
