While I’m going to have an Italian themed dinner tomorrow night, I am having a hard time finding a way to make it interesting. I think that I’m going to try something a little bit new to me… I’m going to choose the wine first. Once I do that, then I can use the wine notes to make up a new dish. I hope it turns out well!
