Okay, so like I had promised myself as a New Years Resolution, I have taken up jogging. When I say taken up jogging, I actually mean I have been for a short jog around my village for the last three evenings, and honestly? I absolutely hate it. I cannot for the life of me understand why people would enjoy jogging, although maybe I'm missing something? When people tell me that they go for a jog every evening and that it's addictive all I can think is I must be doing it wrong? It makes me tired, I get out of breath, my lungs start to burn and I wake up the next morning and every single part of me aches. I am yet to find an advantage to this excercise. Saying this, I shall continue my nightly jogs to see if I can't force myself to enjoy it. I found this quote on interest earlier, and I think it's very true - and makes me feel slightly better that I can't be the only one who struggles!
Do you go jogging? Do you enjoy it?
