Very recently we conducted three off-campus drives across Pune in which more than 800 fresher candidates were interviewed over a span of few weeks. Finally, a handful of candidates were selected for full time permanent positions. In spite that other candidates were equally qualified what did these few candidates had that was inadequate in the rest?

¨      They came prepared to give their best¨       They knew their weaknesses well and played on their strengths¨       They were good in Academics with sound knowledge of fundamentals¨       They performed consistently during interview and were not stressed out¨       They knew how to present themselves¨       They were confident and clear in communication¨       They were Patient and Good Listeners¨       They presented a Simple and straight forward Resume¨       They were Smart and Well Dressed¨       When they didn’t knew the answer, they conveyed it clearly¨     They came prepared not to give up
Your core competencies are your biggest strength as they differentiate you from the competition. Hence, strengthening your competencies should be a constant endeavor and a motto of life.
