Travel-Friendly packaging : has similar packaging as the Lakme Absolute Matte Lipsticks, but the finish is metallic and shiny. The tube is sleek and feels a bit heavier. Soft, Smooth & Creamy texture : Quite smooth and creamy compared to Lakme Absolute Matte Lipsticks. It glides easily on lips without tugging or breaking and a single swipe gives full coverage. the pigmentation is quite intense. The finish is glossy and creamy and further settles into matte finish. You need to exfoliate and hydrate your lips beforehand to avoid the settlement of color in the fine lines. You need to use a lip liner for the brighter shades, as they are more tend to bleeding.
Awesome staying power : Stays on my lips for about 6-7 hours and further stains after light meals.
Shade Variation : Runway Red is the star shades of the range. Its the most pigmented deep red shade that will suit most of the Indian complexions and would make a very good bridal shade if paired with heavily kohl or bronze eyes. this particular shade will eventually brighten up your complexion. You can wear this as a stain by blotting it with paper/fingers or use a lip brush to build the color.
Royal Rouge is a gorgeous combo of pink and peach with red undertones. Its super creamy and has gold and silver shimmers, which are very subtle and that perfect-ness to the shade. This particular shade reminds me of Pink Bureau from the Lakme 9 to 5 lipstick range. The shade will suit fair to medium complexions. You can pair this with smokey eyes or winged eyes for a romantic date.

Smell : The lipstick has vanilla scent similar to other Lakme Absolute products.

Final Verdict
Lakme Absolute Creme Lipsticks are the best lipsticks till date from Lakme. Priced at just Rs 600, Right from the packaging, texture, pigmentation, staying power, shade variations and availability everything is nice. The Absolute Creme Lipstick range has every shade from reds to pinks and neutral to plum. Some shades also contain shimmers, but that adds beauty to the particular shade. Runway red is a gorgeous warm red that adds to the beauty of ones complexion and I'd recommend this to all brides to be. Royal Rouge is a beautiful mix of pink and peach with Red undertones and will suit fair to medium complexions.
P & B rating : 4.2/5
