the shock and dismay that is evoked when those who you considered closest to you- turn the tables and use intimate details of your life and illness against you for whatever reason hurts you to your core more than the pain that this illness brings…recovering from such inhumanity definitely takes time as the blow is shocking and unexpected…this experience can leave us feeling guilty like we did something wrong…other people’s insecurity, problems, and misery is not your fault…and do not let anyone pull you into their black hole of despair…attempting to make sense of such occurrences is an exercise in futility and not only fruitless but a precious waste of energy and positive space..we all have an obligation to put our health first and anyone who makes us feel guilty about doing so is probably not worth us surrounding ourselves around…it is easy to let bitterness, anger, and negative energy consume us when friendships end or people say cutting, malicious, and hurtful things…or attempt to question the validity of our illness and attempt to make us feel terrible because we deal with a chronic condition…as hard as this may be we have to forgive, learn from these experiences and use them to make ourselves stronger, better, happier…fueling hate and bitterness only fuels our pain and makes us feel worse…forgiveness is needed for you and I to move on…wish these persons well … Be grateful for the time you spent together as it was not in vain… some relationships have a season…and when it is time for that season to end…release it and move forward…always remember that #LIFE gives us many lessons… Learn from them….move on and always #stay triumphant
