I am on Day 1 of the increase, and Day 63 of Lexapro in total.
Because I myself have questioned what an increase would feel like I decided that I woul restart my Lexapro posting for those of you who also question the idea if a medicine increase.

The minimum therapeutic dose of Lexapro is 10 mg's and because I tolerated the 5 well and it had started to help my dose was increased. The Lexapro as drastically changed my life for the better and it has helped tremendously in my recovery. I have did mor in the past 3 months of medicinal treatment than I have in 5 years of trying to cope by myself.
Please note that I am nt a Dr. And do not claim to be, I am just a patient and someone that would like to share my experiences with others that are going thru a battle of depression and or anxiety. My experiences will vary from yours so please do not expect the same results.
Day 63: (Day 1 of Increased Dose)
So far I have noticed nothing but tiredness and a slight spaced out feeling, however I CAN NOT contribute this to the medicine ncrease because I had a long night. Other than that everything seems t be normal.
