Ok. So actually there were no cameras. Wait, that's not true. We make a DVD of the pageant every year, so tonight there were cameras. But anyway...tonight was opening night for the Easter pageant.
It's been a crazyyyy past couple of weeks, but we made it! Everything went well, even if we did have to touch up my makeup because I started crying before I even went on stage. (Note to self: Cry after you get on stage...not before.)
Updates and postings will likely be sporadic over the next couple of days since I will basically be living at the church and in my time off stage I'm working desperately to catch up on some design work that I have had absolutely no time to touch recently.
That being said, there will be some exciting announcements coming to the blog soon about things that are going on. I can't wait to share them all with you!
In the meantime, enjoy the above picture. That is the process of putting on makeup for this show. You see the progression of no makeup, to foundation, to mostly complete makeup, to hair down. There will be lots of pictures with headresses and the like to come.
Also, be sure to check the blog tomorrow because Office Boy himself is finally making an appearance! Tell all your friends because it's sure to be pretty flippin' awesome. :)
